On March 14, 2008 Ambassador Yamamoto gave a briefing to journalists in Addis Ababa. Concerning US-Ethiopian relations he commented that existing bilateral relations mainly focus on reducing poverty and strengthening socio-economic endeavors. Fine sounding words, indeed. |

Although it should not surprise anyone anymore that some “Eritreans” were carrying placards that stated, “We support Jendayi Frazer’s” designation of Eritrea as a terrorism sponsoring state, I simply could not understand how low these “begamindo”s can go when, I heard yesterday that one of them has physically assaulted one of the participants in the recently held Seattle public forum allegedly for being a government supporter. |
