Whoever disagrees with the Illegitimate Minority Government in Addis Ababa “is a Terrorist or a Sponsor” - The Minority regime in Ethiopia meddles and destabilizes the horn of Africa region but accuses the likes of Norway, Qatar and Eritrea; small countries with no history of Expansionism as destabilizers of the same region.

A regime employed to deploy mercenaries to do dirty groundwork should not be in the business of pointing bloody fingers. An Ethiopian citizen who resides in Doha, Qatar was this week interviewed by “Gulf Times” but after failing to reveal his name for obvious reasons stated “ about half of the population of Ethiopia are Muslims, the remaining being Christians and Animists.” To the Government of Ethiopia this Ethiopian could pass for a terrorist or a sponsor simply because of the configuration of numbers he has given.

Playing the numbers game, an Ethiopian mouthpiece Mr. Damte wrote, “despite less than 2% of Eritreans speaking Arabic, the Eritrean regime has forced the people (Eritreans) to use Arabic as one of its two administrative languages, including Arabic in its Passport, to please the Arab league….”

The illegitimate minority regime and its winkers are so myopic they think in terms of forcing people and pleasing others at the expense of their peoples’ rights and self-reliance.

Eritrea is half Christian and half Muslim. Tigrigna and Arabic are its working languages. Eritrean Muslims and Christians believe in unity in purpose and rely on their own without bending or pleasing but mutually respecting others.

Ethiopia cites Norway and especially Qatar’s strong ties with Eritrea and accuses Qatar of becoming a “major source of instability in the horn of Africa and more widely.” To elaborate one of its mouthpieces’ claims Qatar’s news network was closed in Iraq and blamed by the United States for “misinformation.”

This closing by Iraq and blame by the US informs Ethiopia’s thinking to break diplomatic relations with the said country and also indeed Ethiopia enlightens the African Union to look in to the implication of this situation for Africa Arab cooperation.

Other countries are blamed for the cause of “harming Ethiopia’s national security.”

Ethiopia, the maverick of politics of ethnicity and divisionism is trying to be image-maker for Africa. It is calling on Africa to destabilize Africa-Arab cooperation because it disagreed with one Arab nation.

Ethiopia labels again another country a sponsor because it disagreed with it.

Is Africa brainless to follow the minority government’s hoodwinking?

Who is what here?

Fomenting instability by ethnicity is not enough for the present regime in Addis- it plans to instigate hatred and disharmony.

The Habyarimana’s of this world-Re-incarnated!
