A very robust skirmish started in the early hours of today on the first and the second streets of the main commercial center of south and central Somali. In the fighting both the warring groups exchanged different types of weaponries and bombs.
The ear breaking sounds of artilleries could be heard in every minute of the time, followed by light machine guns and different hand bombs, including the frequently used ones by the government opposing group known as f1.
The uses of rocket propelled grenades were not exceptional. The exact number of the casualties of the clash is not yet clear because no one could dare to come out from his/her hibernating place. The clash halted the entire business activities in the bazaar and you can hardly see people entering or coming out of the market. This battle is believed to be the longest experienced in the recent couple of months. An eyewitness from Hodan district in Mogadishu told Shabelle radio that he had sighted the government soldiers taking an Islamic preacher from a mosque in the former Somali bankers' residence. He also added that he has seen two government soldiers in puddle of blood. The fighting which stretch to various parts of Hodan and Holwadag district subsided gradually from 3:20 however sporadic gunshots could be heard as well.

Letter dated Nov. 30'07 from the Legal Adviser to the President of Eritrea to the president of the UNSC
From `legal nonsense´ to `legal fiction´.

With effect from midnight tonight (30.11.2007), the demarcation of Ethio-Eritrean boundary will be as complete as any demarcated interstate boundary would be, if not better defined.
