Sudan's neighbouring countries Egypt, Eritrea, Chad and Libya will render their support for all efforts to realise comprehensive peace in the restive Sudanese western region Darfur in order to rebuild and develop it, Egypt's official MENA news agency reported Saturday.
The four countries made the joint stance in a statement to be issued later in the day ahead of the resumed negotiations between the Sudanese government and Darfur regional rebel groups, MENA said.
