“Mr. Jean-Philippe Remy; a Nairobi stationed French Le Monde reporter with expertise in foreign relations said, quoting a top ranking U.S intelligence official assigned in Africa. “The TPLF regime will soon declare war against Eritrea under the blessing of the United States Administration. The source also confirmed that the U.S administration is securing all the ground work and mechanisms to replace the TPLF army in Somalia with another African force so as to enable the regime to immediately withdraw its forces, and thereby avoid getting engaged along two fronts.” Assuming that the above rumor has some truth to it, the only question now is, what justifications will the two allies, especially America, give the international community as reasons for their alleged imminent actions? Based on the recent behavior of these two axis of evil partners, which we have grown to study and observe, let us play the game of scenarios here, and make some obvious predictions as to what legitimate justifications they will present to the world.
So America is also finding it hard to swallow the fact that a new African small nation is trying hard to be self reliant, and instead of staying permanently under the mercy of the rich white west’s handouts, aspires to one day become a successful nation along with its honest, hard working, principled and nation loving people. That is what is scaring America. Ethiopia has assured them that they will remain the same for the next thousands of years, so they may throw their left over crumbs at her. But Eritrea is becoming a pain in the neck and most of all a bad example for the rest of Africa. So what to do but come out with some pretexts, no matter how bizarre, to keep Eritrea busy building and rebuilding after the destruction of wars, while her economy crumbles and her people give up and turn against their government. I wonder how the Americans would put this reasoning into words that the international community might be able to understand. What is most distressing is the collaboration of black people to this evil and harmful endeavour. Some African nations are being bought and collaborating in the unfair attack on Somalia, and according to the above report, are replacing the Ethiopian soldiers in Somalia so as to make it easier for the woyane and the Americans to attack Eritrea without further distractions. The Condoleezza Rices and Jendayi Frazers of this world too should be ashamed of themselves, not to mention the so-called Eritrean “Chalabis” No wonder the 79 years old Nobel price winner geneticist, James Watson thinks the way he does, seeing what Africans do to each other under the direction of their white masters in exchange for a few dollars. And so, we can go on, and on, and on, with all sorts of bizarre excuses and pretexts under the sun, without ever arriving at the real thing, or one that makes sense, because, there is no real thing, nor is there one that makes any sense. It is all about greed, jealousy, meanness and self aggrandizement of the white man. The world very well knows that Eritrea has done, or poses no harm to either of these countries, and if she deems it necessary to protect herself by any means possible, she has all the rights to do so. We hope that the United Nations who seem paralyzed and not able to avert such matters, will then not take sides and stop pointing fingers and pestering Eritrea and leave her alone to protect herself in the best way she knows how, otherwise they too will be considered accessories to this sad, illegal and preposterous alleged future attack on Eritrea by these two terrorist clowns. And last, but not least, where is the United States Congress in all this? Is it not up to them to decide whether another sovereign nation should be attacked and pushed into a war – especially a country which has not posed any danger to them, but which simply wants to be left alone to live in peace within the God given space she has been allotted on this planet? Should that be a cause for declaration of a war? And who is Jendayi Frazer to suggest for a change of regime of any sovereign nation, before even the United States Congress had a say in the matter? Congress is supposed to be a representative, and the voice of the American people; therefore, whatever they say or do will be a reflection of the desire of the American people. At least that is what they tell us democracy is all about. The powerful God of justice and truth will protect Eritrea and she will come out victorious in the end

Letter dated Nov. 30'07 from the Legal Adviser to the President of Eritrea to the president of the UNSC
From `legal nonsense to `legal fiction.

With effect from midnight tonight (30.11.2007), the demarcation of Ethio-Eritrean boundary will be as complete as any demarcated interstate boundary would be, if not better defined.
