Asmara, 10 December 2007 - In seminars conducted yesterday in all part of the capital, residents of different administrative areas of Asmara reaffirmed their readiness to meet any eventuality through reinforcing national unity.

Senior government and PFDJ officials gave extensive briefings to seminar participants on the current situation in the Homeland, the region and the world at large, as well as the progress made in the national development drive, diplomatic activities and other significant agenda items.

Stressing the importance of such seminars in reinforcing national unity, the participant lauded the achievements registered in national development endeavors and the Government’s efforts to promote peace in the region.
