To all Eritrean websites standing by your nation and informing the hafash with all types of media choices, I want to say thank you. It is always great to surf the Internet and see that valuable information about and for Eritrea moving along on the information super highway. It Makes it fun and easy knowing that the stories that truly affect Eritrea are at the tip of our fingers.
I am noticing a lot of quality videos courtesy of ERI-TV as well as Eritreans proving once again that they are at the forefront of the Internet technology as witnessed throughout the web on places like You tube and blogs as well as the youth websites such as my space and more. Meanwhile a few sellout websites have just caught up with "introduction to editing skills 101" where they steal Eritrean govt. footage and incorporate video that was released years ago then twisting it to fit their own words dictated by foreign elements. Watch meadna.com and see for yourselves the following link located on the right corner of the page that will give you a page full of information with video and more about US-Eritrea relations. This is a great archived resource. http://www.meadna.com/business%20page/eritrea-us-page.html The Eritrean websites that are playing a big role in the fight against "Psychological terrorism" and doing an outstanding job should be commended highly. It is not easy doing service for the public and doing it efficiently against other websites being funded by enemies of Eritrea. Thanks to prolific writers like Sophia as well as others who have never budged an inch from protecting and standing by the motherland, the daily dose of information has kept people alert and united. Meanwhile you have criminals running websites with no-substance and nothing to offer to the Eritrean people but hate and distraction. Here below are a few of the websites that should be commended and to those others that are not mentioned continue to be strong and promote your sites effectively. There are some new websites that will POP up and may attempt to fool people but the truth will always prevail and if any websites have an agenda to detract people it is easy to figure them out. Thanks Alenalki (http://www.alenalki.com) now with Eritrean Radio being offered on the website you are keeping people connected to their motherland. That is why they call you Alenalki. Thanks Biddho (http://www.biddho.com) for doing exactly what your name says defending and protecting the land of Geganus. Thanks Shaebia (http://www.shaebia.org) for educating us with your feature stories about the great activities and development that is taking place in the motherland. I must say that all your contributors and writers have come a long way and their inputs have played a big role in keeping us connected with issues such as literature, history and more grass roots activities in Eritrea. Thanks Beilul (http://www.beilul.com) for showing us that Eritrean Youth including YPFDJ groups throughout Europe are strong and Proud. I emphasize this because YPFDJ is something to be proud of and you are flaunting it with so much confidence and with events that tie the youth together with their motherland Eritrea. Thanks Dehai (http://www.dehai.org) for being the portal of news items coming from all over the world while people speak their minds on issues that affect Eritrea and Eritreans. As the veteran website you have shown resilience. Thanks to Ertra (http://www.ertra.com) keeping us informed from the Western part of the US and sharing valuable information while maintaining your strong and positive stance towards Eritrea. Finally Thanks to Shabait (http://www.shabait.com) giving us the latest daily news and commentaries from Eritrea. Wishing you a happy and prosperous 2008. To all the other Eritreans for being warriors against the millions and millions of dollars being spent to defame the strong Eritrean Character via the many other avenues you use to fight back attacks against Eritrea. Stay strong and breed more youth to fight the hate that continues to be spewed against the people of Eritrea who have already endured so much. May be others can learn from the disciplined and strong mentality of the majority Eritreans. The blood, sweat and tears of Eritrea's martyrs is something that should not be messed around with. Whether on the Internet or anywhere else. Happy New Year! Zelalemawi zikri n'swatna. Mike Seium
