Noting that there are very few countries blessed with such resources, the tourists stressed the need for a concerted publicity campaign in the development of the tourism sector.

One of the tourists, Mr. Alberto Pulez, indicated that he was impressed with the modesty and hospitality of the Eritrean people in the course of his visit to different areas of the nation. Similarly, Ms. Gloria Manetti, who came to Eritrea along with members of her family, expressed admiration to the prevailing peace and security in the country.

Still another visiting Italian tourist, Mr. Arturo Bisetti, voiced high impression about Eritrea, especially its art deco and the neatness of urban centers. Likewise, Mr. Bruno Sullu, pointed out that the different tourist attraction sites in this country had left a lasting impression in his mind. He added that he would share his deep impressions about Eritrea with fellow Italians and strongly recommend that they should visit the country.
