The Canadian Counsellor submitted a letter to the Foreign Ministry of Eritrea where they tell our Foreign Minster that the Counsellor has refused his visa application because he is inadmissible to Canada pursuant to section A34(1)(f).
In the letter she Ms. Tracey Vansickle expresses that she sincerely regrets that the decision will be a disappointment to our Foreign Minister. She understate. It is a big disappointment not only to the Minister and Government but also to the People of Eritrea. The Decision by the Counsellor if reasonable wouldn´t be a problem to consume. But the Counsellor as nice as she is tells us through the letter the unjustified reasons for the refusal of entry visa for our Foreign Ministrer. Herewith we´d like to voice that Ms. Tracey Vansickle´s assertions are without substance.
She says:1. Specifically, you were a member of the Eritrean People's Liberation Front between 1979 and 1991. We say:1. TruthEvery Eritrean citizen has contributed this or the other way to the Liberation of Eritrea. Most of them are members of the EPLF. EPLF was a Liberation Movement by the People of Eritrea also known as Shaebia. Can you find an Eritrean citizen who is not or was not part of the Liberation Movement? Now EPLF is called PFDJ....but still it is a strong and dynamic organization 2. UntruthIn December 1952, the UN decided on a federation of Eritrea and Ethiopia, against the wishes of the majority of Eritreans who wanted an independent state. In November 1962, Ethiopia declared an end to the federation and illegally annexed Eritrea as its 14th province. Resistance to Ethiopia’s colonial rule over Eritrea increased after the annexation. In 1958, the nationalist clandestine organization Eritrean Liberation Movement (ELM) was formed in the Sudan. In 1960, the Eritrean Liberation Front (ELF) was founded in Cairo, and this group launched its armed struggle against Ethiopia on September 1, 1961 know as "Bahti Meskerem". The annexation of Eritrea was a clear violation of international law. Ever since the annexation by Ethiopia, Eritrea waged a struggle for national independence. For three decades, the Eritrean People’s Liberation Front (EPLF) fought for Eritrea’s independence—the longest civil war (1961-1991) in Africa’s history. The EPLF was engaged in liberation of the oppressed. It stopped the long lasting excruciating genocide and terror on Eritrean People by Haile Selassie and Mengistu Haile Mariam from Ethiopia. US, UDSSR and rest of the World stopped Adolf Hitler. Eritrea stopped Haile Selassie and Mengistu Haile Mariam backed by US and the than UDSSR. 3. Misinterpretation, Untruth, Injustice, Discrimination, inadvertentThis must be a selfish interpretion by Ms. Tracey Vansickle (First Secretary of Immigration) or a big mistake. Here the Canadian Government must give us reasonable grounds for the decision by Ms. Tracey Vansickle why she believes that the presence of Foreign Minister of Eritrea HE. Osman Saleh Mohammed is detrimental to national interest or security of Canada as described in section 33 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) but where there is no crime there is no need for Exception as described in subsection 34(2) . About EPLF´s World, now PFDJ
The world still ist astonished how the EPLF defeated the largest army in Africa, more than 220,000 troops armed with some $4 billion in Soviet weaponry and additional US support. The Eritrean People's Liberation Front (EPLF), secured Eritrea's independence in 1991. Eritrea became an independent state in 1993, following an internationally monitored referendum in which her people voted overwhelmingly for independence from Ethiopia. The PFDJ defended Eritrea´s sovereignty in 2000. It halted Ethiopia´s military aggression, all invasion plans and Asmara regime change plans (Ethiopia was forced to sign the Algiers Agreement). In 2002 the PFDJ, the PFDJ made an halt to Ethiopia´s pleasant anticipation in The Hague, Netherland by law (the Woyane regime until now believes it has won the border war / We let them believe so). In November 2007 the PFDJ secured effective that decision by EEBC become operative legally and peacefully. Eritrea received on a legal basis an international recognized Border with Ethiopia (keyword "Virtual Demarcation") The Joke is that in 2004 the SG (Kufu Anan) appointed Ho. Lloyd Axworthy, former Foreign Minister of Canada, as his Special Envoy for Ethiopia and Eritrea. This was another case: "re-negotiate the EEBC decision", "open other mechanism", "open-ended dialog with Woyane". As citizen of this planet we respect the good reputation of Ho. Lloyd Axworthy (Ottawa treaty - An international ban on anti-personnel mines). We love what he has done for this planet and we know what kind of power is behind this personality. Ho. Lloyd Axworthy is a man of great trust not only for Canada also for all peace loving people on this planet. Eritrea never had a problem with the person Ho. Lloyd Axworthy. It has only a problem with the task given to him by the controversial person Kufu Anan. However if the task than wouldn´t be misleading Ho. Lloyd Axworthy from Canada would met the than Foreign Minister of Eritrea HE. Ali Said Abdella who died in 2005...It is not a secret, Ato Ali Said Abdella is an Eritrean citizen and also was a member of EPLF, PFDJ. And that he was a living Eritrean hero is not a myth or fantasy a lá Hollywood movies... The issue of Demarcation is over. We are now talking about Occupation of sovereign Eritrean territory...! This is a promise - As with other affairs the issue of occupation will be a thing of the past. The Government of the State of Eritrea will bring an end to the Occupation by the Regime in Ethiopia (more despotic than Mengistu and Haile Selassie). But how we won´t tell you here...!!! As with other affairs the EPLF now PFDJ will make it legally......! And here is Canada that want to declare through a selfish interpreted law by Ms. Tracey Vansickle (First Secretary of Immigration) that engaging in Liberation of Eritrea was a crime. But Who is Ms. Tracey Vansickle?? We can not say so much about her because we do not know her. But definetly the high esteem we and the world hold to Ho. Lloyd Axworthy she never will reach. Regarding Tracey Vansickele one can say that every Eritrean citizen should not receive an entry to Canada.... However. It is in EPLF´s or now PFDJ´s tradition that it has no policy that forces its members... Still we believe that PFDJ won´t break with this tradition. The PFDJ still has not fulfilled the ambitious program it has outlined but we know that PFDJ is engaged in the right direction that most from the Wild Wild West dislike. Eritrea, The PFDJ is engaged in assisting, promoting and developing peace, justice, security and Liberty & Self-Reliance, Education, Public Awareness not only in Eritrea but also in Horn and Rest of Africa.....!!! In face of our favorable perspective we have already abandoned the past affairs. With this joke of the Canadian Immigration in Kenya we also will do the same but didn´t wanted it to be left unanswered and hope that the Government of Canada review the decision by Ms. Tracey Vansickle (First Secretary of Immigration) and rectify the mistake so that it will best support the attainment of the immigration goals established by the Government of Canada taking into account the public policy considerations.
